Warranty on the entire e-bike
All mechanical and electrical parts of your e-bike are covered by the EzyRider Warranty Plan (excluding wear parts*).
If a part of your e-bike breaks down due to a material or construction fault, your e-bike will be repaired free of charge. You will not have to pay for the parts used or for the labour costs.
The EzyRider Warranty Plan can only be taken out in the Netherlands.

Battery warranty included
The battery is one of the most important parts of your e-bike. That is why battery defects are naturally covered by the EzyRider Warranty Plan.
Maintenance
Every e-bike requires maintenance. To maintain the EzyRider Warranty Plan, it is important to maintain your e-bike properly. We therefore ask you to take your e-bike for regular maintenance every year, or every 4,000 kilometres (whichever comes first), to the Batavus bicycle shop where you purchased your e-bike.
You can easily take out this warranty insurance at your own bicycle specialist for only £159. This will allow you to cycle for five years without any unforeseen costs. Completely carefree, completely Ezy.
